Welcome to Adventures in Coding - The Rocket Cupcake Co, a mobile application offered by GoldieBlox, Inc. (“GoldieBlox”). This Privacy Policy describes our collection and use of personal information collected from users of our mobile Adventures in Coding - The Rocket Cupcake app (“Rocket Cupcake” or the “App”). By accessing or using our Service, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.


We do not ask that you register or provide any personal information when you use our App. We may collect and store personal information you provide to us in some other manner, such as by sending us email communications.  

User Content.   You may create content on the App which may include your own drawings or photographs, which may include metadata associated with the photo file. This data is stored on you native mobile device and is not collected by the App or uploaded to our servers.

Information we receive from social networking sites. When you interact with us on social media, such as by liking us on Facebook, we may receive information from the social network including your profile information, profile picture, gender, user name, user ID associated with your social media account, age range, language, country, friends list, and any other information you permit the social network to share with third parties. The data we receive is dependent upon your privacy settings with the social network. You should always review, and if necessary, adjust your privacy settings on third-party websites and services.

We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the App, as well as to communicate directly with you, such as to send you email messages.

Use of cookies and other technology to collect information.

We automatically collect certain types of usage information when you use our App. We may collect information through cookies, log file information, web beacons and other similar technology when you use our App. We may also collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the App. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit, your use of third party applications, and other information that assists us in analyzing and improving the App.

When you access our App by or through a mobile device, we may receive or collect and store a unique identification numbers associated with your device (“Device ID”), mobile carrier, device type and manufacturer, phone number, and, depending on your mobile device settings, your geographical location data, including GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device.

We use or may use the data collected through cookies, log file, device identifiers, location data and clear gifs information to: (a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information; (c) provide and monitor the effectiveness of our Service; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, usage, and demographic patterns on our website and our Service; (e) diagnose or fix technology problems; and (f) otherwise to plan for and enhance our service.

Your information collected through the App may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which we or our corporate parent, subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers maintain facilities. While Rocket Cupcake is intended to be enjoyed by persons of all ages, we do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
